•         Self-driven data / Analytics resources with experience in data management and hands-on experience in SAS coding.

•         Review and analyze existing SAS models to capture metadata to help categorize SAS modules for targeted reengineering. This includes but is not limited to understanding the model execution dependency, data used, its maintainability etc.

•         Good skills in Python and/or R is a plus.

•         Individuals with familiarity in health plans and PBM business are a plus.

•         Individuals must be able to effectively connect and communicate with clients at different levels and be able to explain the outcomes of the analysis to business and technical stakeholders.

•         Demonstrated ability to create work products and deliverables using PowerPoint is a must.

•         Data Understanding / Distribution for usage with SAS models
