Job description:

•A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, and anaccredited qualification in management consultancy, or similar.

•Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a government environment. (5 years, 2 in government)

•HCM and Data Modeling Experience preferred (3 years)

•Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.(3 years)

•Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency. (2 years)

•Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.(3 years)

•Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption. (2 years)

•Experience with ERP and SAAS procurements and/or implementations. (3 years)

•Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations. (3 years)

•Ability to keep up with IT advancements.

•Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
