•          Minimum 8 + Years’ experience working on Production application Support in VB,.NET and MS SQL

•             Excellent knowledge in managing customer and their stakeholders

•             Strong technology background, solid understanding of the ITSM process (Incident, Problem Management, change management).

•             Drive P3 call with SME’s and Engineers and provide status update to the Customer Management

•             Provide technical advice to the team during production issue and track it until closure

•             Track and progress the potential issues, Setup lower environment, Ensure Lower environment are ready for troubleshoot the issues

•             Hands on experience in VB, .Net and MS SQL based application support.

•             Hands on experience in VB Application to find error and data issues.

•             Exposure to job schedule, monitoring tools like AutoSys

•             Good hands-on experience with SQL, Stored procedures, Triggers, Functions (MSSQL)

•             Basic idea about oracle WebLogic, Tomcat webserver, IIS, etc.

•             Identify the issue and follow with Client Team and team to get the issue/Task/Service request/escalation resolved.

•             Work with team to complete impact assessment of the changes deployed in production environment.

•             Work closely with infrastructure team, business operation and development team for issue resolution

•             Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•             Experience Leading Major Incidents

•             Willing to work in shift and On-Call support
