JOB DETAIL

  • Strong understanding of SAP’s Warehouse Management module
  • At least five years’ experience working in SAP AMS/Implementation projects.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a MM/WM team lead in implementation, support and design projects
  • Needs to have experience in production support projects based on ITIL Methodology
  • Needs to have experience in scoping of projects and needs to be strong in creating innovative solutions based on business requirements
  • Strong experience in RICEF development in MM area
  • Experience with SAP EDI transactions in MM/WM area with 3rd parties
  • Working experience in the following areas
  • Material Management and Warehouse Management
    includes (but not restricted to) modules and specific solutions like
  • End to end functionalities of MM including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse management and Invoice Verification
  • Strong experience in custom development of enhancements using user exits and BADIs
  • Customer Master
  • Vendor Master
  • Material Master
  • Pricing
  • Logistics (PO/GR/Del./PGI/WM)

 

Total Experience Required : 7+ years

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Consulting services (pre-demand work with limited scope, effort estimations and technical solution design for requests for change referring to break-fixes and questions not limited to break-fixes)
  • Support for Incidents and requests
  • Provide initial effort indications for IT Change Requests
  • Problem Management
  • Tasks Master Data Changes
  • Perform Audit support, QMS process and fast track
  • Incident Management, ticket-based dealing with operational problems
  • Standard regular monitoring tasks
  • Process monitoring, management of job monitoring
  • Coordination of application and platform health checks performed regularly on a quarterly base or as needed
  • Continued compliance assurance
  • Performs Service level management, Change management, Release and Deployment Management
  • Answering end user question
