Previous experience transitioning from waterfall to agile is a plus
Performing requirements analysis
Create user stories and review them with the team, understand the business requirements and identified gaps in different processes
Gather requirements and get clarification on requirements
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
Practical experience working with stakeholders and others to identify, clarify, and articulate vision
Experience researching and analysis to ensure that the appropriate information and context is available for the team to conduct productive story writing sessions
Excellent communication skills (documentation and presentation)
Creating Policy, procedures, dashboards showing progress, defining scope, what are the roles and responsibilities
