JOB DETAIL

  • Work closely with marketing team and marketing technology resources to execute campaigns for generating traffic and leads.
  • Managing training the marketing team regularly keep a tap on all the channels such as Emails, Google, Facebook, SEO, Content Marketing etc. in terms of Traffic, Leads, Branding.
  • Manage analyst relations program, ensure regular engagement with key analysts and ensure coverage in relevant reports.
  • Train and Motivate team members to better utilize digital marketing channels to help achieve business objectives.
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Identify the assets to support digital campaigns such as infographics, videos, podcasts, email, etc.
  • Identify trending topics to base content.
  • Ensures that web strategy is implemented and guidelines are followed in all online initiatives and track results for the same.
  • Generate daily, weekly monthly reports covering all marketing activities.
  • Act as a mentor for his team members and coordinate between the team and AVP at regular intervals and ensure the targets set by AVP are narrated clearly to the functional level.
  • Coordinate with AVP regularly about marketing strategies, goals and results.
  • Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results.
  • Ensure regular media coverage through press release, PR programs, articles etc.
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Evaluating competitor s data market conditions.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Monitor key web statistics and apply learnings to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor social media reports to identify opportunities to optimize activity.
