·Seasoned senior project manager/program manager.

·Supply chain planning implementations or healthcare experience preferred.

·Technology implementations with agile experience… waterfall/agile hybrid.

·Experience with cross functional overseeing multiple workstream/projects in parallel and managing inter-dependencies.

·Experience with global/multiple geography implementation.

·Budget management and financial acumen. Understanding capex/opex. Understanding accruals. Management of POs and invoices.

·Experience with SharePoint, teams... Collaboration tools.

·Experience building complex project plans with dependencies, resource allocation. Microsoft project. Jira. Smart sheet experience is nice to have.

·Risk management and escalation management.

·Excellent communication skills.

·Executive management and steerco management. Presentation skills.
