Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, clearly document technical requirements, processes, and solutions
Mentor other members of the team
Design, configure and implement flexible, scalable, and robust solutions to meet the dynamic needs of various teams, always adhering to best practices
Provide day-to-day Salesforce support as needed
Configure products, price rules, product rules, advanced approvals, etc. (CPQ)
Provide accurate estimates for sprint/project work; taking into consideration the complexity, risk, and dependencies for timely execution and delivery
Actively participate in bi-weekly sprints and releases with minimal supervision
Proactively oversee one or more stakeholder relationships and build strong partnerships with multiple teams
Perform end-user demos, and help with UAT
Influence business and technology leaders on creating and promoting change to improve existing business processes and increase ROI and overall effectiveness using Salesforce and its plugins.
Maintain integrations with other applications using Workato, Zapier
 

Qualifications
5+ years of demonstrated professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator (2+ years as Sr. Administrator)
Sales Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud expertise
Mastery of flows, processes, Lightning components/pages, actions, custom settings, data loader, app builder, complex validation rules, advanced approvals, and formula fields
Experience in architecting, documenting, and building complex Salesforce solution designs
Working knowledge of Salesforce platform/governor limits, order of execution, data storage impacts, sharing, and visibility considerations
Understanding of basic triggers/Apex coding
Excellent relationship-building, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Passion, vision, and open-mindedness
Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator certification
Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification
