Using already compiled data, coordinate across DT workstreams (Infrastructure, DWP, Cyber, Corp Functions) to disposition each technology asset
Regular update with current Corporate data and reconcile any changes that require further disposition
Ensure consistency in disposition rules across workstreams/sites
Create a master project plan of all facilities projects, based on charter inputs
Manage major milestones
Track progress and identify roadblocks, challenges or opportunities to meet milestones
Coordinate across workstreams to ensure connectivity and collaboration
Reporting as needed
Identify where existing assets meet Company security standards or may need to be replaced
Identify assets that may not be needed by company and can be disposed of
Identify assets that can be kept
Create project charters, by facility, along with major milestones
Identify long lead assets that will be required as a buffer to ensure timelines can be met
