• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITAM with 
• Experience business process optimization and scalability with ITOM  solutions
• Understanding and experience with ITOM products – ,CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping , Cloud Provisioning and Governance etc.
• Any exposure to additional ServiceNow products like ITSM/ITAM will be a big plus
• Experience completing multiple, complex technical projects.
