Manage cross-functional implementation teams involving software development, infrastructure upgrades, COTS and SaaS implementations with in-house staff and external vendors using portfolio management / requirements management / application lifecycle management processes and tools.
Work with business teams to identify, analyze, and validate business process and technology requirements and benefits and then translate them into formal documents suitable for technology teams to solution.
Facilitate technical project definition, requirements gathering, planning, execution, requirements support, and closure activities managing dependencies across project tasks and a broad range of stakeholders.
Provide oversight and guidance implementation projects of high importance maintaining control over time-sensitive matters and objectives, with a focus on milestones, and, including preparation of all documentation and business partner coordination.
Facilitate regular check-ins with business units, technical team, and external partners such as vendors from project initiation to delivery.
Maintain a detailed project plan for Data & Reporting activities and regularly provide inputs to the project’s portfolio.
Track all demand and priorities and monitor and summarize progress of the approved portfolio; prepare and distribute weekly status reports.
Understand and demonstrate the purpose of the IT Service support, working closely with the training, governance and organizational change management SMEs to tailor materials and activities to individual stakeholder needs.
Participate in roadmap and innovation sessions to provide input to the shared services roadmap.
Gather and document solution requirements that are unambiguous, testable, and traceable; facilitate discussions with the right stakeholders to clarify scope.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Highly organized, able to multi-task, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Experience with data management and integration solutions, data migration, data platform technologies (e.g., PowerBI), and familiar with Data Hub concepts
Demonstrated skills in waterfall and agile project delivery methods
Proficiency in MS Visio, MS Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Confident, high-energy, self-motivated and a true team player
