•             Minimum 7 years of experience as a Pega Business Analyst

•             Experience in using Pega Agile studio to document business requirements

•             Must have led or participated in scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective

•             Must have proven experience in translating business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories

•             Act as a liaison between the client and development team and provide any requirement clarifications

•             Actively engage with business stakeholders and guide them in their digital transformation

•             Should be Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA)
