- 8 or more years work experience in an application development and/or systems analysis role or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
- Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in data validation and manipulation in SQL Server databases using SQL queries
- Experience with Healthcare Payer domain
- Hands on experience with Member Event Data Collections and BI Reporting
Hands on experience of Power BI Reporting (preferable).
