·         Must have exp with retail analytics / store analytics

·         And they need experience with Tableau, SQL and Excel

·         Chicos has 1,500 stores and has a constant need for insights to be provided through data analysis

·         Must be familiar with Tableau to be able to create Views to be able to visually present these Insights

·         They will be part of a Scrum team

·         Need strong SQL, Excel, and Tableau 

·         Comfortable drawing insights and presenting information to leadership 

·         This person will be doing deep dives into the store analytics 

o    Doing this with the data from Tableau dashboards 

·         Keywords – views and insights (telling the story with the data) 

·         Retail data analytics from analyst side
