JOB DETAIL

Day in the life: Work on new project requests for the Enterprise to understand how integration layer is impacted, ensure integration layer standards are followed, develop and approve integration architecture for every new project and deliver those requirements to the MuleSoft team lead, intimate knowledge of WSFS API landscape, high level code reviews and deployment approvals, oversees maintenance of Anypoint platform and security maintenance such as cert renewals, attend MuleSoft Connect events, research upcoming integration technologies and MuleSoft features, implement PoCs from those

Questions/Concerns

  1. We are completely hosted with MuleSoft. We need someone with extensive knowledge of the Cloudhub version of MuleSoft. If they have only worked with the on-prem or hybrid version of Mule we don’t want to entertain those candidates right away. It would be a large ramp up time to learn Cloudhub.
  2. Would the candidate be comfortable leading at least 2 proof of concept implementations a year? They would be responsible for working with other teams such as info sec and NTS to get things working end-to-end with the PoCs
  3. Have they specifically performed any of the following:
    1. Client/server certificate maintenance and troubleshooting in Cloudhub
    2. Setup and/or maintenance of Cloudhub VPNs, VPCs and DLBs
    3. Overall architecture diagram of enterprise integration. Working with other technology teams to put this together using best practices to access/load data, secure APIs and reuse components
  4. Most architects started as developers. Can they tell us about how many APIs they delivered during their career as a developer. Also, the number of different systems they have integrated with.
