·Conceptual and experiential knowledge of all things front-end (JS, CSS), workflow, and performance

·Test, diagnose, and fix accessibility issues

·Remain up to date with ADA regulations and requirements

·Problem solves bugs and issues related to Google Internal tools.

·JavaScript skills and experience in at least one JS framework.

·Strong understanding of usability and accessibility issues.

·Experience and comfort in a structured time-billing environment with specific time budgets

·Experience working with account managers to ensure best quality standards and deadlines are met

·A solid work ethic, self-motivated, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
