Responsibilities:

•             Provide SharePoint administration and technical support for O365 SharePoint Online

•             Design, configure, manage, and maintain comprehensive site collection, site, and list level usage reports and usability analysis

•             Manage and maintain site Content and Structure settings, Site Hierarchy, and site collection navigation

•             Migrate sites across environments or tenants

•             Manage site access requests and sharing permissions

Qualifications:

•             5+ years as an Infrastructure Engineer or System Administrator

•             3+ years Microsoft SharePoint Administration.

•             Expertise in building and deploying custom solutions using SharePoint Framework

•             Good understanding in developing apps for SharePoint using Power Platform

•             Expertise in establishing governance for SharePoint Online using PowerShell, ex. For External sharing access, Guest expirations

•             Automating infrastructure processes with PowerShell

•             Expert understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and Office365, including SharePoint and tenant level administration

•             Strong experience automating Microsoft services using Microsoft Graph APIs

•             Office 365 Application Administration

Additional experience desired:

•             Experience architecting or developing web parts

•             Experience with Legacy SharePoint versions and SharePoint Designer

•             Experience with eDiscovery site collections, litigation hold and DLP

•             Experience managing and using Sensitivity Labels

•             Experience migrating site collections with Sharegate
