- Who has worked on shared services, and able to deal with multiple partner applications/parties.
- Who has some BA background on Payments or API services BA.
- Should be mature to handle multiple technology teams and also business teams and leadership within wells fargo.
- Certified Scrum master and proven track record of leading a Scrum team for at least 3 years.
- Preferably from BA space. Who has some BA background on Payments or API services BA
- Experience on shared services.
- Someone who can successfully navigate in a Matrix organization and lead the team effectively with high EQ
- Excellent communication skills
