Responsible for building complex ServiceNow solution estimations. That means we will ask you to gather requirements from Business Owners, and craft fast, efficient, and large-scale solutions.
Designing in-depth solutions for multiple ITSM products, e.g., Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, CMDB.
Responsible for the architecture of data flow between ServiceNow Discovery and production CMDB to achieve and maintain high levels of CMDB data quality.
Exposing ITSM products to a broad community of software developers via modern REST APIs.
Designing modern web solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Advocates for technology and innovation; identify new and emerging technology to deliver business needs.
Establishes metrics and measures for the performance of ITSM capabilities, including levels of technical debt.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
BA/BS required and a degree in STEM field preferred
6+ years of relevant technology experience
Demonstrated experience as a technical product owner, architect, or administrator of an ITSM platform
Demonstrated experience balancing business needs with customization controls and speed/scale
Experience with a modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., JavaScript)
Experience working in and/or leading Product, Agile, and Scrum teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in both 1-1 and large group settings
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Competencies:
Certification in ServiceNow System Administration, Application Development, and Scripting
