Role: MERN Stack Developer

We're looking for an enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer who will be an integral part of the team and can produce scalable solutions. The creativity and intelligence are much more essential to us than the experience with our stack. Thus, you'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, in order to strive for excellence!
What we expect you to do:
- Develop and ship features from end-to-end. (We spend a lot of time thinking through how to build new features, but the goal is always for the implementation to be maintainable, not for it to be "pure").
- Implement user interfaces in React alongside Node.
- Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience.
- Creating RESTful services with Node.js
- Must be able to develop application modules independently and fix any bugs promptly.
- Do unit testing for the development work carried out.
- Conduct and participate in project planning & scheduling, design discussions, and provide assistance during testing.
We are looking for people with:
- Experience developing back-end APIs to power consumer product and/or SaaS platforms.
- Experience with Node.js, Express.js, React (or another framework like Ember or Angular)
- Keen to use and contribute back to open source.
- Clear understanding of Typescript and JavaScript.
- Sound understanding of MVC and design patterns.
- Excellent grasp of data structures and designing and developing Rest APIs.
- Good Knowledge on Component Building by using React
- Good skills of NoSQL (MongoDB or equivalent)
Brownie Points for:
- Experience building/working on Chrome Extensions.
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Experience with component libraries like MUI
