1.    Who has worked on shared services, and able to deal with multiple partner applications/parties. 
2.    Who has some BA background on Payments or API services BA. 
3.    Should be mature to handle multiple technology teams and also business teams and leadership within wells fargo. 
•    Certified Scrum master and proven track record of leading a Scrum team for at least 3 years.
•    Preferably from BA space. Who has some BA background on Payments or API services BA
•    Experience on shared services.
•    Someone who can successfully navigate in a Matrix organization and lead the team effectively with high EQ
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Open to embracing Wells Fargo scrum practice
