This position requires working onsite in NYC 2 days per week, remote for 3 days.

Strong Agile Project Management experience (JIRA, Confluence) and Business Analysis

Should have worked on Salesforce Implementations (preferably in Financial Institutions)

Very Good in Declarative Programming, Reports, Dashboard, Flows, Workflows

Experience working in Scrum teams – managing backlog and facilitating scrum ceremonies (Daily stand ups, Refinements, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)

Experience managing the product backlog and responsible for creating user stories

Strong experience of Salesforce implementation

Experience with integrating Salesforce with 3rd party vendors & internal front office/corporate systems to deliver the client ecosystem

Excellent Business analysis, process analysis, documentation and solution design skills

Experience with Declarative Programming and having confidence to debug issues

Knowledge of DevOps best practices preferred

Salesforce Administrator Certification Preferable
