Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- Must have 6 years combined experience in UI and Backend programming with .NET and Microsoft SQL Server technologies
- Minimum 2 years work experience as a team member on at least one (1) large project ( 20 project team members) that delivered a complex enterprise VB.Net or VB6 Application

Responsibilities
- Participate in SDLC estimation and development processes
- Provide mentorship to team members
- Design
o Design solutions to routine problems/defects independently
o Participate in team design sessions for large-scale development
o Able to understand and develop use cases to supplement business cases for technical development items
- Development
o Follows Insurity standards for coding, documentation, and impact assessments
o Provides in-depth technical troubleshooting and defect remediation for a client, BA and QA reported problems requiring a high degree of technical expertise
o Develop technical documentation for software solutions for a targeted audience, which may include external clients
o Develop solutions for moderately complex problems and enhancements individually or leading a small team
o Estimate and plan projects and solutions of moderate complexity
- Test
o Write code and unit tests according to Insurity standards, following an approved technical solution, for moderately complex enhancements and bug fixes
o Develop unit tests for code changes and assigned use cases
o Work with QA to identify impact and assist with test case development
o Implement and test complex business rules
o Create scripting for application configuration functions in support of client projects
- Documentation
o Able to comment code
o Create an impact assessment doc
o Prepare and present a technical solution e.g. with PowerPoint
