Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process for senior the middle management level
2. Identify the best sourcing methodologies according to the position of job portals, candidate references, databases, professional sites, networking, LinkedIn, recommendations, headhunting, etc.
3. Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
4. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
5. Involve in a preliminary telephonic interview with candidates to ascertain their competencies, academic, experience, communication skills, and aspirations, i.e. positions, salary, relocation aspects, etc.
6. Inform applicants about job responsibility, designation, compensation benefits, work schedules working conditions, company policies, and other promotional information
