Sales Associate job responsibilities

  • Build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Generate quality business leads.
  • Establish first contact map requirements.
  • Create a customer specific pitch (Initial Pitch), present it to potential customers and further understand their requirements.
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information.
  • Negotiate and finalise contracts.
  • Maintain real time data funnel in CRM.
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams.
  • Constantly improve revenue and profitability per customer.
    Create and maintain SLAs and project KPIs.
  • Manage delivery and timelines.
  • You will operate near autonomously with a significant amount of trust placed in you and your ability to grow the company from the inside.
    Once our team aligns on a project vision, implementation constraints and success criteria, the truck is in your hands.

To power through the Sales Associate role, you will need self-discipline, a flexible mind, and extreme self-motivation and:

  • Fluent in English, Hindi at least one regional language.
  • Strong documentation presentation skills.
  • Closing and prospecting skills.
  • Sales planning, selling customer needs, market knowledge and territory management.
  • Full stack human - (Fully formed adult able to deal with stress, strain and diverse people).
  • Insanely detail-oriented.
