- Triage field issues and come up with root cause analysis for individual components/services.
- Responsible for design and implementation of bug fixes, enhancements and performance improvements.
- Responsible for 24/7 on-call support coverage between onsite and offshore teams.
- Participate in requirement and technical discussions with Client.
- Responsible for providing technical details about ODN & MBO components/services.
- Responsible for applications production releases planning.
Required Skills:
- Expert in Core Java
- Experience in Java AWT
- Experience in Oracle DB
- Experience in Junit, Mockito
- Experience in Java Server Client architecture, JMS, ActiveMQ, JBoss server
- Excellent in Data Structures and Algorithms
- Excellent in doing Log analysis
- Should have very good analytical skills
- Experience in Ansible
- Experience in design, development and implementation of IT systems
- Experience in Distributed applications & Client-Server architecture
- Experience in Linux/Unix commands
