We are seeking a business analyst contractor to do this analysis with key skills/experience focusing on analytical, problem solving, and written communication skills. Being able to compile, analyze, and present technical and non-technical information in a clear, concise, and digestible manner is key. Having skills and experience to collect pertinent information through a variety of methods (interviews, meeting facilitation, reviewing documentation, system functionality, etc.) will be important.  An understanding of telecom is important if the analyst is to understand the work.  Pinnacle and ServiceNow experience are required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have strong BA experience (we are not seeking PM experience)
• Must have strong ServiceNow CMDB and ServiceNow Asset Management experience
• Experience doing gap analysis/reporting (we would like the candidate to provide a sample gap analysis report or other similar analytical report)
• Experience doing data validation and with billing structures
