JOB DETAIL

  • 6 plus years of solid hands-on development experience in Microsoft SharePoint & M365 services and platform. Well versed in both SharePoint On-Premises (2013, 2019) and SharePoint Online development methodologies using Power Platform and related technologies.
  • At least 3 years of experience with application development paradigm in the overall Power Platform using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Data Verse), Power Automate and Power BI. Familiarity in integrating Power Platform with other platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe eSign, Adobe eSign Connector/APIs, Formstack etc.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform’s (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) integration ability and limitations with SharePoint Online and other third-party platforms using connectors/APIs.
  • Experienced in developing complex enterprise-wide solutions that span across integration of multiple Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure AD, MS Teams, Graph API, OneDrive, MS Forms etc.) in government (GCC) tenant.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge and limitations of Power Platform specific languages like PowerFx and familiarity with programming principles in full stack languages like .Net/C#, ASP.NET, scripting languages like JavaScript, jQuery, PowerShell, HTML, JSON, PowerShell, and clear concepts of Power BI / SSRS Reports.
  • Hands on development experience with the utilization of various SharePoint components, SharePoint Lists/libraries automation with Power Automate, development of custom SPFx and modern/classic webparts, clear understanding of concepts of Site templates, Site themes, Microsoft/PNP Search, Taxonomy, User Profile Service, other on premises Service Applications, Rest APIs, and InfoPath forms.
  • Good understanding of concepts of Relational Databases.
  • Strong practical experience with PnP frameworks.
  • Robust Power Platform problem solving skills and ability to debug and troubleshoot existing Power platform solutions and SPFx applications.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools like Sharegate, Microsoft’s SPMT.
  • Full understanding of software development life cycle using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Use of Azure Dev Ops is a plus.
  • Ability to provide technical feedback/ideas in a clear and concise manner to business and IT partners.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Salesforce, ServiceNow APIs is a plus.
  • Proficient in documentation and technical design document writing skills. Familiarity with Visio and similar process flow design tools.
  • Self-starter who can quickly acclimatize in a dynamic, fast paced development environment and believes in updating his various technical skillsets with time.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of software development lifecycle which includes requirement gathering, estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of application developed for various business partners including RMV, Highway, Aeronautics, Rail and Transit, Shared Services etc.
  • Build Applications, Automations and Reports single handed in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI using industry standard best patterns and practices.
  • Document design document and display concise illustration of scope deliveries in a fast-paced agile development environment.
  • Involve in solutions packaging and deployment across various power platform environments.
  • Participate in supporting daily ServiceNow tickets related to Power platform, Adobe eSign, M365 services as needed.
  • Implementing security and development best practices using Azure AD and M365 services.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint modern/classic pages, Custom Lists/webparts using SharePoint Designer or Visual Studio Code tools.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, integrate business knowledge and requests with technically viable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross unit development team members to release quality solutions. Develop technical design documentations and Runbooks for apps.
  • Multi-task in various development projects and support daily end user requests/issues related to power platform, M365 services.
  • Prioritize and track progress on work items and deliverables using Azure Dev Ops, Git or Team Foundation Server for defined timelines and scope of work.
  • Superior communication skills that require presentations and demo of applications with business partners and senior IT team members.
  • Be a team player and passionate to learn and adopt new technological challenges and business demands.
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • M365 Teamwork Administrator Associate or Power Platform Fundamentals certified.
  • Adobe eSign and SharePoint Online/On-premises applications development certified.
