Job Description:
- Develops training and development programs and objectives.
- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies through a well developed Training Need Analysis Planning, scheduling and coordinating Non technical Programs in consultation with various Departmental Heads.
- Drafting and conducting On the Job training and Off the Job training to all.
- Conducting periodic training programme for employees, supervisor, and management staff
- Person should also be responsible for taking care of New Joiners induction & employee engagement activities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
