Position: Associate Engineer / Engineer - IOC.
Education: Min - Graduation with Tech Savvy Knowledge.
Technical Skills: MCSE / MCSA/ CCNA / VMware are preferable trained candidates.
Communication: Effective English verbal and written communication skills with good email etiquette. Ability to comprehend relevant accent, knowledge and process flow.

Shifts : Willing to work 24/7 (Rotational shifts)

Minimum knowledge requirements:

1. System administration (One or more of: Linux, BSD, other UNIX)
2. UNIX/Linux shell scripting (eg. bash, python, ansible)
3. Network systems services (eg. DHCP, DNS, LDAP)
4. Network design and diagnosis (routers, switches, firewalls, sniffers, VPN)
5. Network security (firewalls, iptables)
6. LAN/WAN experience (VLAN, static routing, dynamic routing)
7. Troubleshooting networks

Preferred requirements:

1. Routing protocols (BGP MPLS VPN)
2. Network security (VPN, PKI, ACL, multiple vendor firewalls)
3. VMware, KVM, OpenStack system administration

Essential duties include the following:

• Administers all network applications in the environment to include configurations, reporting, monitoring, redundancy, upgrades, troubleshooting, incident response and disaster recovery/business continuity for all network devices including, but not limited to: switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, VPN and wireless.
• Responsible for assessing and addressing tickets from service desk and other sources related to network environment.
• Assesses and investigates network issues related to work stoppage, access control, and overall network performance.
• Maintains and monitors load balancer (F5 Big-IP) infrastructure.
• Works on projects related to continued scalability, stability and security of the network infrastructure.
• Assists with outsourced network projects.
• All other duties as assigned.
