1.Ensure quality new acquisition on CASA for Resident/Non-Resident accounts, Demat, HSL, and Credit cards through Referrals from cold calls in the catchment area.

2.Penetration of FD to existing and new customers.

3.Ensure quality customer service is delivered.

4.Meet productivity norms defined through the support of channels and own effort
