Roles and Responsibilities (Senior HR Executive )
The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters/ Executive can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the companys organisation structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Roles and Responsibilities (Assistant Team Leader // Team Leader)
- Plan, develop and implement an effective Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Partner closely with all key stakeholders.
- Be updated on latest Talent Acquisition frameworks, methodologies, processes and career development cultures to remain competitive in the market.
- Oversee and manage recruitment metrics and reporting both on forecast and status updates.
- Meet deadlines on time.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Min 4 years of related experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus in IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
- Possesses a proven ability to be hands-on and able to handle tactical issues while still maintaining a strategic mindset.
QUALIFICATION: Graduate/ MBA in HR Preferred
