Roles and Responsibilities
Position Summary: The role-leader is responsible for managing quality to exceed customer expectations by ensuring adherence to quality requirements in input, process and output.
Minimum requirements
- Should have worked in in-process Quality for a minimum period of 3 years in a process / Auto component industry
- Hands on experience in applying statistical tools like SPC, FMEA, DOE, MSA
- Should have worked for TS / QMS, EMS, OHSAS system implementation and also got trained as certified internal auditor in any one of the system
- Experience in problem solving using QC story methodology
- Knowledge and practice of TQM
Responsibilities:
- Ensure monitoring of process capability & implement and review control charts
- Conduct process, product and system audit
- Create awareness on quality issues
- Ensure implementation of quality management systems in the plant
- Implement corrective action and preventive action for customer complaint & in process rejection by using QC tools & techniques
- Location : Hyderabad
