Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to study/understand the Role, write precise JD, search, and sell our dream to join them.
- Proactively sourcing and building a network of passive candidates, building up the talent pipeline and mapping list.
- Leveraging social media, existing employees, and professional networks to increase the pool of potential candidates.
- Proactively researching and being aware of current industry events, and trends.
- Acting as an internally and externally-facing representative of the Conserve HR team.
- Sound Knowledge of the recruitment process.
- MIS reporting
- Perform other duties as and when needed.
