Position - Executive / Sr.Executive / Deputy Manager / Manager
Qualification:

M.Sc Organic, Diploma Chemical /B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical engineering with 2 - 10 years of experience in CRAMS division.

Brief Job Profile:

Knowledgeable in scale up and experience in Technology transfer in Pharmaceutical industry (must be in CRAMS division) and six sigma green belt certified will be added advantage.

Technical proficiencies:
Scale-ups
Process and equipment validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Processes Optimization
Conceptual design.

Core Competencies:
Logical and critical thinking.
Active listening to minute details.
Complex problem solving.
Good inter-departmental coordination.

Job Description:
Evaluating RFP (Request for proposal)
Taking lab demo trials from R&D to understand the process parameters
Involvement in project from feasibility stage
Equipment selection based on lab data
Working with R&D, Safety and manufacturing team for HAZOP/HIRA study and implementing suggestions
Technology transfer and execution of scale-ups at kilo lab / pilot plant / manufacturing plants
Validation of Pilot batches to commercialization
Material and Energy Balance calculations
Coordinating with all departments like Business development, Process R&D, Analytical R&D, Supply chain management, Quality assurance, EHS and project management for successfully establishing of project and for achieving the desired product & yield
Attending telecon with customer on project status updating and technical discussions.
Yield improvement in existing project
De-bottle necking and Capacity enhancement
Handling 3-4 members team of production/synthetic chemists.
