Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing on-call support to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.

• Improving client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
• Accommodating client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
• Assigning queries to the internal resources and tracking them in system

Desired Candidate Profile

• Min. experience of 2-3 years on automation project execution on PLC, SCADA, HMI.

• Good to excellent communication skills, knowledge on database management, MIS and report analysis.

• Addition Skills: Knowledge of Automation software like SCADA, communication drivers, OPC servers, Historian, PLCs etc.

• Person should be involve, handle & follow our QMS process
