Job Summary:

• Triage field issues and come up with root cause analysis for individual components/services.
• Responsible for design and implementation of bug fixes, enhancements and performance improvements.
• Responsible for 24/7 on-call support coverage between onsite and offshore teams.
• Participate in requirement and technical discussions with Client.
• Responsible for providing technical details about ODN & MBO components/services.
• Responsible for applications production releases planning.

Must haves:

• 1. Expert in Core Java
• 2. Experience in Java Server Client architecture, JMS, ActiveMQ, JBoss server
• 3. Experience in Oracle DB, Linux

• Experience in Video Domain and Cable Industry
