- Managing Management Consultant SAP Central Finance-
- Senior Financial Accounting/Managerial Accounting (FI/CO) Consultant as the SAP Central Finance Lead Consultant, you will guide customers on the digital transformation journey of Central Finance (CFIN).
- You will leverage your prior experiences to help plan how to deliver the greatest business value to the customer.
- This role requires deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technical & functional CFIN capabilities, including industry best practices. (Chemical Industry).
- You will help provide CFIN practice through knowledge-sharing initiatives (Offshore).
You will be responsible for below:-
- Lead business requirement gathering workshops in the areas of Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Financial Business Planning & Consolidation, Fixed Asset Accounting, Banking & Treasury Management, and SAP Central Finance.
- Responsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements.
- Prepare the Business Blueprint & Design Document as per the requirement.
- Responsible for process design, configuration, and assistance with testing.
- Prepare the functional and technical specifications and ensure delivery of objects as per the established project timelines.
- Create configuration documents and training documents.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments.
- A minimum of 10 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 7 years in Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO).
- A minimum of 3 Central Finance implementations as a Lead Consultant.
- Expert-level skills in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN) along with corresponding SAP Fiori applications.
- Working knowledge of Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Central Payments & Receivables Management, and Document Reporting and Compliance (tax reporting).
- Deep understanding of SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) and SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) as part of Central Finance.
- Prior experience integrating with non-SAP systems via Magnitude or other methods.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance 1909 or higher.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strong written, and verbal communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences including the ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport persuades others, and establishes domain expertise.
- Working knowledge of SAP Activate Roadmap for Central Finance

- Prior experience with SAP implementations on public, private cloud, or hyperscales-
- Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) applications and use cases-
