•    The coders will be work under client’s Tech Lead.  At this stage, they are not looking for any overarching tech lead/PM type of help from us
•    Coding involves extracting data from excels (in the near term – Azure data platform down the line) and creating web based dynamic dashboard visualization
•    Having insurance domain knowledge (familiarity with program business KPIs, bordereaux layouts, etc.) is highly preferred
•    They have one in-house developer and have already implemented some web-based analytics dashboards for some of their Program business
•    Analytics and underlying data structure (essentially incoming Bordereaux) can vary between the Programs – however, there are some commonalities across the board
•    They would like to implement analytics for their remaining programs and are looking to scale their team to expedite their rollout
•    They are also in the middle of deciding whether to continue with R or change over to Python (as Python apparently provides better integrability with Azure and incorporates MFA along with some other cyber security related requirements)
•    They are looking for coders who are ideally trained in both R and Python.  However, they are okay with someone with knowledge in one of the two with the ability to flex/learn the other one
•    The coders are also expected to start with the existing code for one of the Programs and then make required modification to create new ones
•    Their inhouse tech lead will provide the necessary technical oversight, business requirements, code reviews, etc.
•    They are open to both onshore and offshore resources
•    For offshore resources, they would prefer to have some overlapping working hours during the EST AM for ongoing touchbase with the tech lead
