- Preparing and Managing BEP (BIM EXECUTION PLAN)
- Support to Sales Team and Business team for company growth.
- Maintaining Financial growth and invoicing
- Issuing and maintaining policies (HR Policies) for the department.

- Project Engineering Management covering the entire scope of project (Project Execution, Project Planning,
- Project Scheduling, Resource Management, Document Control Index (Deliverables List), Monitoring and Con[1]trol, Cost and Schedule management, Risk Management, HSE and Quality Management, Communication
- Management and Project closure).
- Project Coordination with Clients, various engineering disciplines and internal SBUs for Project Execution,
- Site Co-ordination, and Construction support.
- Manage Chair meetings such as Strategy Meeting, Kick-Off Meeting, Client Meetings, Review Meetings etc.
- Prepare and update Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring using MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word.
- Prepare and update the progress 'S' curves for reporting progress, Monthly reports, Project reports to Client/Management.
- Prepare and update deliverable schedules, critical activity report etc.
- Monitor and control the project activities as per project planning, schedules and ensure to achieve the project targets by preparing/updating Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Recovery Plans, Risk As[1]sessment, Cost Control etc.
- Review of risk register and monitor risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation.
- Interface management with engineering teams, clients, and onsite.
- Publish and distribute reports as specified on the project document matrix.
- Review of change control w.r.t. cost, schedule, scope and coordinate for variation orders with client.
- Review of project lesson learnt at various stages of project execution and ensure the exercise is implemented
- in future projects.
- Certification in Project Management.
- Management Reporting (Progress reports to top Management/CLIENT) - Prepare the documentation of project execution plan, project quality plan, method statement as per contract & define project objectives and strategies, overall work plan and schedule, deliverables etc.
- Prepare and update Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring using MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word.
