  • Management and Project closure).
  • Project Coordination with Clients, various engineering disciplines and internal SBUs for Project Execution,
  • Site Co-ordination, and Construction support.
  • Manage Chair meetings such as Strategy Meeting, Kick-Off Meeting, Client Meetings, Review Meetings etc.
  • Prepare and update Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring using MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Prepare and update the progress 'S' curves for reporting progress, Monthly reports, Project reports to Client/Management.
  • Prepare and update deliverable schedules, critical activity report etc.
  • Monitor and control the project activities as per project planning, schedules and ensure to achieve the project targets by preparing/updating Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Recovery Plans, Risk As[1]sessment, Cost Control etc.
  • Review of risk register and monitor risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation.
  • Interface management with engineering teams, clients, and onsite.
  • Publish and distribute reports as specified on the project document matrix.
  • Review of change control w.r.t. cost, schedule, scope and coordinate for variation orders with client.
  • Review of project lesson learnt at various stages of project execution and ensure the exercise is implemented
  • in future projects.
  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Management Reporting (Progress reports to top Management/CLIENT) - Prepare the documentation of project execution plan, project quality plan, method statement as per contract & define project objectives and strategies, overall work plan and schedule, deliverables etc.
  • Prepare and update Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring using MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word.
