JOB DETAIL

Designation : AM HR Business Partner (Global Engineering DIvision)

Location: Pune

Reporting to : Manager HRBP (Functionally working with Engineering Head and Cluster Heads)

Experience : at least 5 years in HRBP role)

Broad outline of the Role : In this Individual Contributor Role, the Business partner will work closely with GED Leaders and Leadership to understand and resolve all people related matters for the GED work force. Through understanding of Organisation culture and GED Business Model will be key to the success of this role. Comprehensive handholding and orientation shall be provided for the same. Once settled in the role, he/she will eventually act as a friend-philosopher and guide to Leaders on people matters. Sharp business acumen, listening skills and problem solving skills are must. Prior experience of working with CXO level stakeholders would be a big advantage. Matured, expressive, approachable, self driven, quick learner are some further attributes for success in this role.

Specific Responsibilities :

  • Orientation, awareness generation and educating engineers on expected behaviors about onsite travel, client management, timesheet compliance,
  • Loop closure on open points / issues revealed through Employee touch time tracker
  • Validation of feedback, concerns raised by engineers and suggesting corrective actions wherever applicable.
  • Creating business friendly / balanced solutions for people issues related to travel to site and return from site, resignations, work permit salary negotations
  • Logically and patiently explaining, influencing and convincing engineers with unreasonable expectations
  • Working closely with leaders to understand people related challenges faced by them and helping them handle people issues effectively.
  • Analysing the patterns of issues, transactions and crafting strategies to address the route cause of issues.
  • Conceptualising and implementing communication forums across the levels to ensure free flow of information, opinions, and views
