Roles and Responsibilities :
- Good experience in any 2 of the design software's CATIA V5, NX, Fides,Solid works,etc. Experience in BIW Fixtures-Concept Design,3D Finish,Drafting,Preperation of E-BOM &Deliverables.
- Must have hands on experience on NX-Daimler &GM Tool kit.( At least 0.6-1 year ) Able to perform Robot load calculations and clamp validation.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts.
- Should be well versed European /American Tier 1 BIW Fixture design Standards like GM,BMW,VW , Volvo , BMW.
- Good Communication skills both written and oral.
- Should be familiar with checking process used in BIW fixture design Should have good knowledge in engineering materials and heat treatment process.
- Strong knowledge on concepts of Engineering Drawing,FOS,Basics of Mechanical Engineering. Hands on experience in MS Office/Office 365 is required.
- Must have theoretical knowledge on manufacturing process & GD-T.
- Flexible and willing to take up short term onsite/deputation to to customer location.
- Should have good knowledge in manufacturing process.
