The Business Analyst, will be the IT Government Services point of contact for Security & Compliance related monitoring, finding remediation, vulnerability remediation, status reporting, and project initiatives. This individual will work with the various application teams to answer questions, provide direction, and ensure that vulnerabilities assigned to each group are remediated in a timely fashion.

A successful candidate will possess, and be able to demonstrate, the following:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management.

Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities based on changing business needs and shifting priorities.

Developing relationship building and influencing skills to foster effective working relations across the teams, including functional and divisional leaders.

Willingness to take ownership and dedicate the time needed to complete departmental and companywide initiatives.

Demonstrate a clear communication style that establishes credibility and confidence.

Ability to provide clear actionable direction to team members and ensure accountability that remediation efforts will be completed.

Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
