Job Description:
- Should have end-end knowledge in RCM.
- Delegating the work to sub ordinates & monitor the team performance time to time.
- Need to maintain the SLA & Metrices.
- Excellent knowledge in insurance claim processing & ability to intercept them.
- Ability to handle the client interaction.
- Good coordination skills with On shore & Off shore team through emails/Calls/Meeting.
- Excellent problem-solving techniques.
- Analyzing the workflow to implement process quality.
- Excellent knowledge in report manipulation.
- Work on the exceptions as & when required.
- Assist the company in client expansion and revenue improvement
- Good leadership & motivational skills.
- Strong planning & Execution skills.
- Excellent knowledge in Excel to intercept the reports.
- Should have active B1/B2 Visa
