Job Description:-
- Translate business requirements, in the form of user stories, into IT solutions to optimize business experience
- Collaborate with Product Owners and other agile team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements in sprints
- Develop and provide user training for implemented applications
- Analyze problems and solve them within the Service Level Agreement and to the satisfaction of the user
- Responsible for the overall functionality, quality, performance, & security of the Products within the scope of the team
