Work as a team member in Enterprise Disaster Recovery Team
Knowledge of infrastructure and software environments, programs, methodologies, procedures, and policies. Experience in any area related to IT infrastructure.
- Lead in the development of processes and operating procedures. Research, analyze, develop, and document new processes and procedures to implement new solutions.
- Deep experience in mapping and documenting processes
- Ability to maintain records, and prepare dashboards for reporting
- Act as liaison between technical staff, management, users, and vendors.
- Considerable technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Develop structured diagrams for process flows and system specifications.
- Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.

This role is for a technical analyst within the Disaster Recovery area. An analyst with skills in data analysis and interpretation; Create, maintain and execute processes and related documentation. Build communication templates and reports. Create engagement deliverables
