A strong understanding of financial services data domain (investment products, Banking products, brokerage/retail, defined contribution, defined benefits, life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, etc. )
Further understanding of holdings-level information, unique attributes for these products and some level of understanding of market data (cusip, sedol, price, nav etc)
Intellectual curiosity to dig-in and understand newer products
Understanding of APIs and ability to read through JSON reponses
Experience working in API integrations
Good understanding of relational database concepts
Excellent analysis skills with attention to details
Solid written communication skills
Expertise in preparing concise documentation regarding client data availability for consumption by data-recipients
Ability to think through and identify edge test cases, derive test-plans and drive testing
Experience in agile/iterative software delivery methodologies
