Experience using Informatica PowerExchange CDC to move data from a mainframe (or another source) to the enterprise data warehouse (ODS)
Creation and review of detailed ETL design docs to build Informatica mappings and objects, as well as review of requirements & mapping documents with corresponding analysis on the EDW.
Complex transformations and complex logic in Informatica, not just move from source to target.

Create and review ETL detailed design docs that offshore will follow to build Informatica mappings and objects.
Review and analyze functional requirements and mapping documents
Perform analysis on EDW for data issues or quality concerns.
Develop and unit test Informatica mappings, sessions and workflows
Develop windows scripts where necessary
The initial phase will be getting their Auto Policy Premium data into the ODS followed by the rest of their LOBs, then claims data, then their other op co's.
Qualifications:
Control-M job scheduler
Windows – sql server
Informatica PowerExchange CDC
Data Warehousing experience
Leading offshore team experience.

Agile Environment - will run Stand up meeting 1st thing in the AM, when US team is starting their day and offshore team is ending.
Lead may also need to facilitate meetings at night when the offshore team is starting.

With the current legacy system, these data flows have to be put in manually, which takes up time and can lead to calculations errors, which costs CMIC money in claims/billing errors and is costly due to the data being input manly which takes time away from employees job.
