Technical Requirements
Total relevant experience of 12+ years (Preferably in product development)
Demonstrated experience with systems and management at a senior level
Experience with and understanding of strategic and business planning methods, tools and processes.
Proven experience in planning, organization,Design and development.
Experience and understanding of .NET Core and .NET Framework
Experience with SQL Server
Experience building web applications utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks
Purpose
This position oversees the companys proprietary technology strategies and enhancements while keeping the company’s competitive advantages in mind. Works closely with the CEO and Director of Development to develop our technology to set us apart.
Competencies
- Collaborates with CEO and Director of Development to measure system and resource use and allocation.
- Leads initiatives to plan, design, build, deploy, monitor and improve the technology services that are required to support the innovative technology offerings of the company.
- Provides a hands on leadership in the planning and implementation of initiatives in the Development arena.
- Ensures system security, operation and integrity.
- Lead in the development and execution of an enterprise wide cyber security strategy and road map that mitigates risk through the right balance of security measures and operational flexibility.
- Responsible for maturing both the existing and developing new enterprise data capabilities.
- Provides leadership team with progress on current and upcoming technology performance metrics.
- Guides the team in the evaluation, implementation, support and maintenance of the company’s proprietary technology.
- Leads and validates that project controls are maintained accurately to reflect completed work against project plans and schedules and ensures operating management involvement at appropriate milestones.
