Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Communicate with public services when necessary
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
To perform other administrative work like supervision on Housekeeping and other administration purchases viz. stationery items, eatables, flowers or bouquets, Pest Control, Garden Maintenance etc. as and when required
Maintaining discipline in rushing hours
Maintaining of Stock Registers (First aid, Stationery, etc.)
Maintenance of Daily/weekly Housekeeping audit.
Daily Attendance of all (staff/workers/contractors labour)
Preparation of Monthly Wage Sheet and forward to the concerns
Maintenance of various Registers and records as per factory act and contract act.
Maintain and monitoring Leave Record book and register
