JOB DETAIL

  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • To perform other administrative work like supervision on Housekeeping and other administration purchases viz. stationery items, eatables, flowers or bouquets, Pest Control, Garden Maintenance etc. as and when required
  • Maintaining discipline in rushing hours
  • Maintaining of Stock Registers (First aid, Stationery, etc.)
  • Maintenance of Daily/weekly Housekeeping audit.
  • Daily Attendance of all (staff/workers/contractors labour)
  • Preparation of Monthly Wage Sheet and forward to the concerns
  • Maintenance of various Registers and records as per factory act and contract act.
  • Maintain and monitoring Leave Record book and register
